Präzisionsschleifen: 

Grinding is a precision machining process that involves the use of an abrasive wheel to remove material from a workpiece. It is a versatile technique used for achieving smooth and accurate surface finishes, precise dimensions, and tight tolerances. During the grinding process, the workpiece is held in place and moved against the rotating abrasive wheel. The grinding wheel, made of abrasive particles bonded together, chips away at the material, removing small amounts with each pass. This results in a consistent and controlled removal of material, allowing for fine adjustments and precise shaping. 
With its abiliTy to provide exceptional dimensional accuracy and high level of control, grinding is often used in applications where tight tolerances and fine surface finishes are required. It is commonly employed in products such as shafts, brake disc, tooling, and automatic parts, where precision and qualiTy are paramount.

	Eloxiert (Type II Or Type III)	Type II creates a corrosion-resistant finish. Parts can be anodized in different colors—clear, black, red, and gold are most common—and is usually associated with aluminum.  Type III is thicker and creates a wear-resistant layer in addition to the corrosion resistance seen with Type II. Galvanotechnik helps to increase the strength, thermal resistance and chemical resistance of the product. 	Elektrophorese	Elektrophorese is the motion of dispersed particles relative to a fluid under the influence of a spatially uniform electric field. Elektrophorese of positively charged particles cations is sometimes called cataphoresis, while electrophoresis of negatively charged particles (anions) is sometimes called anaphoresis.
